Who will help parents through the process?

The special needs agency, the child care program and the SNAP Coordinator can all assist you with the referral and service process.  

What happens once the referral has been made?

The agency/agencies receiving the referral will contact you and the child care program to discuss the service options for your child.

How do parents make a referral?
